Can I order a sample?

Yes we understand that you may want to check the quality of stitching, sublimation & feel the quality of the fabric, it generally takes 1 week for construction & 3 to 4 days to get delivered in the customer’s hand.

Where can we ship to?

We can ship anywhere. Our prices always included DHL Express or FedEx IP Shipping Charges.

What is the Turnaround time for Custom Team or Club Order?

Our Standard turnaround time is 2 weeks excluded shipping time, 100 to 1000 pcs with Player Name & Numbers. On some items, we may need 3 weeks for Custom Football, Baseball & Ice Hockey Uniforms.

What are the payment methods you accept?

We also use Western Union, Money Gram & Xoom. & several other services that allow you to make payment internationally.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Custom Team Apparel Order?

Minimum Order Quantity per item is 30.

Do you offer Free Custom Samples?

Yes. We do offer FREE Custom samples for your own design idea you need before you can start bulk order. We have a specific T&C for the free sampling process.

Do I need to make designs first to place order for a team or specific orders?

Not Essential, because our Art team is always standby to make any custom team or Club orders. (No Charges)

What is Sublimation?

Sublimation is a Unique Printing Process where any designs are transferred onto the fabric with Specific Heat Treatment. We are specialist in custom sublimation that allows clients to make any design as they imagine being.

Can you match the existing color of design or garment I have?

Yes we have a Color swatch always hand in our art room to match your color 100%, We also send Full color book to our valuable customers and mini pantones to the direct club & teams to choose colors from the Mini Pantones.

Do you only Produce CMYK Result or RGB Also?

We usually print CMYK, We also accept RGB colors, it may increase the price of each unit.

Does it cost more to add Player Name & Numbers on the jersey?

No for the sublimation we don’t charge extra for Player Name & Number, Logo Sponsors.

What Format do I need to provide for my logo/graphics?

Format accepted in PDF, EPS, AI, CDR
